HOW TO TURN SELF LOATHING INTO SELF LOVE ?

Its been more than a year in this gruesome pandemic and we have
got a hang of it by now. The cluster of feelings we have overcome all
this while and we are still keeping up is just admirable!
Well, the common feeling that strikes is self loathing. It is the most
difficult thing one would deal with which is that the underlying
feeling that we are just not good at this , not good at that , finding
faults and putting ourselves down to others , with no real awareness
that there is anything amiss . Constant hatred of oneself and Low self
esteem often makes us question our existence. It wraps us in a veil
so tight that it forces us to distance ourselves from everybody. The
rage inside us builds up so much that we think that we dont deserve
good things in life.
Self hatred is often caused by bad relationships , isolation, traumatic
events and the critical inner voice while it scolds and berates us,
telling us how embarrassing, stupid, or insensitive we are; refusing to
challenge it even while we suffer from it. It persuades our mind in
many ways like taking bad decisions ,making false expectations ,
being afraid of taking risks or overthinking everything . In order to
combat this feeling , one should develop self compassion , practise
forgiveness, learn to appreciate and accept the real and true self you
and your emotions are and identify your inner strengths that will
help you overcome this feeling .
Always remember that you are a winner and you are capable of
everything you set in your mind. You don’t have to change yourself
for anyone . thus , appreciate yourself , admire yourself , love
yourself and embrace yourself!
